About Me

Hi! I am Willemein.

I am an Amsterdam based Executive / Career Coach and HR Consultant. I have a graduate certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University (Canada), and a degree in Psychology from the University of Calgary (Canada). I have extensive experience in coaching, as well as teaching coaching skills to managers. I also have over 20 years experience leading the Human Resources functions in various industries internationally, from creative and hospitality, to engineering and technical. I was born and raised in the Netherlands and moved to Canada for my father’s career when I was 15. I lived and worked in Vancouver for more than 20 years and moved back to the Netherlands in 2016. I speak Dutch and English fluently.

COACHING

I support leaders as they transition into new roles, to accelerate their integration and amplify their impact. I believe my role as a coach is to inspire, challenge, and support you to become the best version of you. I am curious, compassionate, and bring a positive, growth mindset to our coaching session. I provide one-on-one coaching to help you uncover your personal and/or professional dreams, aspirations, and goals, and what might be holding you back from achieving those.

I have a passion for developing cultures and employee experiences that enable people to do their best work. I have a modern approach to People and Culture, and to attracting, developing and retaining talent to drive employee engagement and support organisations in achieving their business strategy.
